1. Donation Policy

Fight for Right NGO accepts donations from individuals and organizations who wish to support our mission of fighting for justice and human rights. All donations are voluntary contributions.

2. Use of Donations

All donations received are used for:

• Legal aid and case support programs
• Women and child protection initiatives
• Education and scholarship programs
• Awareness campaigns and community outreach
• Operational expenses to sustain our work

3. Tax Benefits

Fight for Right NGO is registered under Section 12A and has 80G certification. Donations are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. A tax receipt will be issued for all donations.

4. Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization, donations are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Transaction: If a donation was processed multiple times due to a technical error
• Unauthorized Transaction: If the donation was made without the cardholder's consent (subject to verification)
• Incorrect Amount: If an amount significantly different from intended was charged due to a technical error

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction at fight4rightngo@gmail.com
2. Provide transaction details including date, amount, and transaction ID
3. Explain the reason for the refund request
4. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the donation.

7. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

Recurring (monthly) donations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at fight4rightngo@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Donations already processed will not be refunded.

8. Transparency

We maintain complete transparency in our financial operations. Annual reports and audited financial statements are available on our Impact & Reports page.
